Current Domestic Projects

Florida

For over two decades, CCI has fostered partnerships with local communities, recruiting and guiding volunteer teams to contribute to environmental, disaster relief, and human service projects.

CCI has established itself as a trusted collaborator working with over 30,000 student volunteers with our first project starting in 2005 to provide Hurricane Katrina relief. By managing all-inclusive logistics encompassing lodging, food, safety gear, tools, insurance, and expert volunteer coordinators, CCI enables teams to focus wholly on impactful projects.

Planning, often spanning months ahead, ensures the alignment of projects with community needs.  Post-project, CCI emphasizes sustained impact through ongoing communication with community partners, emphasizing a holistic approach to service engagement.

CCI will be setting up volunteer facilities in communities based on need, we expect to have exact locations by the end of September.

Projects

Volunteer projects will primarily focus on assisting those directly impacted by the disaster and will address a variety of needs including environmental restoration, early childhood education, homelessness, and food insecurity.

Disaster Relief projects include flood clean up, debris removal, housing construction and repair, and support for local community organizations.

Environmental projects include tree planting, native plant propagation, stream debris removal, wild-life habitat improvement,  storm water treatment, public land restoration.

Community service projects include working with community-based programs that serve youth, homeless, elderly and low-income members of the community.

CC International takes a holistic approach to community recovery. We work with local environmental and community organizations. Suitable projects include, home repair, reconstruction, environmental restoration, tree planting, food banks, furniture banks, free clothing outlets, after school programs, Head Start programs, Boys and Girls Clubs, soup kitchens, support for the elderly, support for people with special needs, and other projects that support ongoing community recovery.
